You don't really want to know that I bake, knit, garden, make marmalade and sloe gin, do you? Thought not.
They are quite a wonder – they manage to survive the wet, cold and all else the weather throws at them in the woods around here and yet they reappear year after year looking like delicate beauties that wouldn’t survive a stiff breeze.
I look forward to greeting them every year, knowing that they don’t last long and it’s a question of catching them while you can.
